About ten years ago. I started taking barre classes at another studio and I was hooked - but I felt like I wanted a little more. On a Sunday morning in 2013, I walked up the steps to Haute House for the first time and Kendra was there to show me what Barre Cardio was all about. It was the extra push I was looking for. As HH has evolved, so has my fitness routine.

I love all the options – cycling, HIIT, power yoga, barre. Each day I can choose what works best for my body and mind. There’s no better stress relief than a good sweat with the instructors and fellow clients who have become my dear friends. I’m grateful to Allison and her team for providing an environment where I can have fun while taking care of myself physically and mentally.
